A true escape from the world, Gonarezhou National Park is where you go to completely immerse yourself in the pristine African wilderness. It’s a land of secrets, an untouched and rugged part of the world where your senses will be overloaded and your heart filled.  Flat river-crossed landscapes give way to the towering Chilojo Cliffs in the centre of the park. This breathtaking spot is one of our favourites in Zimbabwe – there is something so fulfilling about seeing elephants and other animals cross the wide river bed, with the craggy cliffs rising in the background. 

Lion, leopard and cheetahs abound here, and you may even catch a glimpse of the rare King Cheetah.
