Toka Leya consists of 12 roomy en-suite safari-style ‘tents’ (including 3 family tents) with expansive decks and stunning views of the Zambezi just upstream from Victoria Falls. The rooms are a mix of tent and cabin, with sliding glass front doors and large outside decks. Toka Leya is the perfect place to enjoy a mix of water and land safaris, explore Victoria Falls, relax with a massage alongside the river and sample delicious food. The camp is in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and is raised on stilts to allow the local wildlife to pass underneath. Elephants often wander through the camp at night and warthogs, baboons, monkeys, bushbuck and hippo are commonly seen. Game drives and boat cruises allow you to spot the wildlife. Exceptional guiding and staff make this feel more of a safari focussed camp than some others in the area.
